Set to finish construction in December of 2018, 236 Fifth Delray in conjunction with Aloft boutique hotel is planning to provide luxury apartments and lodging, allowing residents to "live on vacation." Midtown Delray

A very newly approved project, Midtown Delray, will be filled with a combination of unique retail, dining, and professional services. Midtown Delray, formerly known as Swinton Commons, is owned by Hudson Holdings, a development firm who purchased the historic Sundy House and surrounding land in 2014 for $21 million. Located on the historic strip of Downtown Delray, Midtown Delray developers seek to revitalize some of the classic architecture currently in place along Atlantic Avenue and at the corner of Swinton Avenue. Construction is expected to begin in late December 2018.

4th & 5th Delray and iPic Theater

This multi-use development located at South East 4th Avenue and South East 5th Avenue, will house a world-class iPic Theaters complex, Class A office space, carefully curated retail shops, and 326-space parking complex. The much anticipated one-stop-shop for work and play is set to debut in March of 2019.

111 First Delray Condominiums

Breaking ground back in November, 2017, 111 First Delray condos for sale will offer luxurious living right in Downtown Delray Beach. Kolter Hotel

The Kolter Group is opening a lavish Courtyard by Marriott, located on SE 6th Avenue and SE 2nd Street near Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Delray. The 150,000 square foot behemoth will take up an impressive 1.2 acres, with four stories, 150 hotel rooms, and a 116-space parking garage. Amenities include private event space on it scenic rooftop, and a luxury pool.  Kolter is no stranger to Downtown Delray development, completing the highly successful Hyatt Place in Pineapple Grove just a few years back.  The Courtyard by Marriott is scheduled to open in 2019. 

Atlantic Crossing

At the intersection of Federal Highway and Atlantic Avenue, covering two whole city blocks to the East, Atlantic Crossing, began construction in early Summer 2018 and is moving along quickly. The expansive mixed-use building will encompass 83,000 square feet of office space and 76,000 square feet of shops and restaurants. The project includes over 250 apartment units, over 80 condominiums, and is set to open its doors in early 2020.
