Comprised of 328 single family home sites, many of the original homes have been torn down and replaced on double lots with mansions exceeding 6,000 square feet in size, most prevalent along the beautiful lakes that are throughout the two communities. Architectural styles vary, ranging from French Chateau to Mediterranean and even Traditional brick exteriors grace the development. Typical lot sizes range from 1/3 of an acre to over a half acre, with a few double lots sporadically situated within the brick-walled community.
